4. Payments & Billing

Pricing & Non-Refundable Services

Service-Based Pricing

Pricing is based on agreed deliverables and scope. Changes to scope may result in additional fees, which will be communicated before implementation.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon invoice or as agreed. Overdue payments may result in service suspension.

5. Service Delivery & Timelines

Service delivery timelines are estimates based on typical conditions. Actual timelines may vary due to complexity, client feedback, or external dependencies. We commit to keeping you informed of any delays. Scope clarity is essential—any changes to original specifications may affect timelines and costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sulle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question during the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users. You may request account termination at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
